All guild members who plan to raid will be required to obtain the following addons:

1) Omen/DiamondThreat
Members who do not have a threat meter will not be allowed to raid until they obtain one. Also, whatever threat meter you use must be able to communicate with omen/diamondthreat.

2) Deadly Boss Mods/Bigwigs
These two addons (bigwigs being, in my opinion, the better of the two) provide essential information on all bosses. While you won't necessarily be kicked from a raid if you don't have one, get it as soon as possible.

3) Ventrilo
Yes, I know ventrilo isn't an addon, but you need it anyway. Ventrilo is a way for guild members to communicate through voice instead of text. Leathlu is setting up a Ventrilo server, information will be posted here soon.

Suggested Addons:

1) RatingBuster:
My favorite addon. Shows in the tooltip of a piece of gear exactly the upgrades and downgrades it will provide. Amazing for gearing up.

2) SCT (Scrolling Combat Text):
Makes everything easier. Shows procs, so you don't have to stare at the buff screen constantly, just does plenty of useful things.

Looting Rules:
Although Master Loot will be used all of the time, I'd like to clear up how loot will be distributed. Distribution of loot will be a mixture of fairness, highest benefits, highest gains, and rolls. If we have a warlock and a mage in Naxxramas, and the warlock has won 3 things so far, whereas the mage has won none, and they both want the next drop, it will probably go to the mage. Fairness. As to highest benefits - say its a new clear. We have a shaman healer and a paladin healer. If a weapon is dropped and it is geared more towards the shaman than the paladin, also taking into account fairness/highest gains rules, the shaman will probably get it. Highest gains is simple - the tank with low-quality blue pants will get a new pair before the tank with epic t7.5 pants, taking into account all the other rules.

Items such as frozen orbs/runed orbs will go in the guild bank.

BoE/BoP patterns will go to the highest rank guild member who can use them. This will ensure that whoever gets the pattern is loyal to the guild. I would rather have myself get a good blacksmithing pattern and be able to make it for any guildie for as long as they're in the guild than give it to a new recruit who leaves in a month.

Basic Raiding Rules:
Keep a good attitude. Don't get upset, don't yell at anyone else, take things as they come.

:D
